Order Cancellation:

1. Cancellation by JK:
a. JK reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders with incorrect pricing, misinformation, or typographical errors, whether confirmed or not.
b. Orders may be cancelled if there is suspicion of fraudulent transactions or a violation of the Terms of Use/User Agreement.
c. Cancellation may occur in cases of product unavailability or logistical difficulties beyond the company's control.

2. User-initiated Cancellation:
- Users can cancel orders only if they have not been processed. Refunds will be initiated immediately for permissible cancellations.

3. Fraudulent Transactions:
- JK retains the right to cancel orders and deny access to users involved in fraudulent transactions or violating website terms and conditions.

Returning an Order:

1. Conditions for Returns:
- Customers can return products under specific conditions: damage to packaging, receipt of expired products, or receipt of incorrect products.
- Return requests must be made within 48 hours of product delivery.

2. Return Procedure:
- Customers should email support@jkcart.com or call 033-4181-6959 to state the reason for return.
- The company will arrange for a pickup with the customer bearing executive costs.
- All returns are subject to verification and approval by the company.

3. Return Approval:
- After approval, the company will send a fresh product. If unavailable, a refund will be issued in the original payment mode.

4. Return Requirements:
- Products must be returned in the same condition. Opened packets cannot be exchanged. Gifts received with the original product must also be returned.

5. Return Costs:
- Customers bear return costs, but legitimate claims will be refunded, including executive costs.

Refund Policy:

- In case of order cancellation/return, the company will refund the amount in the same payment mode as used during the order placement.
- Refunds may take up to a month, depending on the card issuer's policies.
