What if there is a problem with my order?

If you encounter any issues with your order, despite our efforts to ensure perfection, such as defects, logistics issues, or receiving the wrong item, please inform us promptly. You can reach out to our support team via the "order's page" as soon as you receive the order. Resolving your concern swiftly is our top priority.

Can I cancel my orders that have already shipped?

You have the option to cancel your order as long as the items have not been prepared and shipped. Once the order has been prepared for shipment, cancellations are not possible. Please note that in the event of a return, any incurred shipping fees will not be refunded.

When will I receive my refund?

If a refund has been processed for one of your orders, the refunded amount will be credited to the original account used for the purchase. In the case of card transactions, the refund will be credited to the same card that was used for the order. For Cash on Delivery (COD) transactions, you have the option to choose either a bank transfer or receive credits back to your JKCart account. Please note that the timeline for refunds to appear in your bank account may vary and could take up to 7-10 business days, depending on your issuing bank.

Can I track my order?

You have the option to view the precise location of each item in your order directly from the order details page.

How long will it take for an order to get delivered?

Typically, our deliveries are completed within a span of 4 to 5 working days.

What is the return policy?

You have the option to return most items within 7 days of the delivery date for either store credit or exchange, provided they are still in their original packaging. If your purchase is unsatisfactory or does not match the advertised description, JKCart offers a full refund or store credit for the product, as long as it is returned in new condition and in its original packaging. In the event of an error on our part, we cover the return shipping costs. However, if the return is unrelated to an error caused by us, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. To initiate a return, visit the “My orders” page on our site, and our courier partners will pick up the item(s) at a scheduled time. Once we receive the item, refunds will be processed promptly. Please note that it may take 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect in your bank account, depending on your bank's refund process.

Can I add more than one delivery address to an account?

Certainly! In your JK Cart account, you have the flexibility to include multiple delivery addresses. It's important to note, though, that each order can only be dispatched to a single address. If you wish to have distinct products sent to different addresses, it's advisable to initiate separate orders for each delivery location.
